The Grantham Dramatic Society is performing their original production, One Night in Grantham. Written by Andy Anthony and featuring comedy and original songs, One Night in Grantham is a play based on a talent night in a dated, neglected theatre. Featuring five acts, all with hopes of winning a cash prize, the audience is treated tension, frustration and some rather unexpected twists.

Victorian Christmas

The Nottingham Industrial Museum is celebrating a very Victorian Christmas and offering a wide range of traditional Victorian crafts, including wreath-making, the decoration of advent candles as well as some simple yet beautiful paper crafts. With themed performances throughout the weekend, the Nottingham Industrial Museum’s Victorian Christmas is fun for all ages!

A Storybook Christmas At Newstead Abbey

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday beginning November 30 ^th and running through Christmas, experience A Storybook Christmas at Newstead Abbey. The house will be decorated with sparkling Christmas lights, decorations and floral displays while the sounds of Christmas music fill the air and put you in the holiday mood.

Festivities include a craft fair, fairy tales told by the Webb sisters, specially themed rooms, musical performances throughout the month and a selection of gifts designed to make your holiday shopping even easier.
