Nottingham Physiotherapists Reopening

Following on from a safe and limited reopening of their Arnold physiotherapy clinic, Sano Physiotherapy is pleased to announce they are reopening all their Nottingham physiotherapy clinics in August.

Operations Manager Marcus Rogers said, “This decision is one that we have considered and planned very carefully and is based on government guidance and regulatory advice for healthcare providers, including guidance from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. We have conducted a thorough programme of risk assessments and worked closely with our clinical team to ensure that we are opening in the right way and at the right time.”

The new safety measures Sano have put in place are:

  • Staggered appointment times to ensure only one patient is allowed in the building at a time
  • 2-metre social distancing policies in place throughout the building
  • One-way patient movement through the building with a separate exit door for after your consultation
  • Pre-attendance screening to ensure a face-to-face appointment is safe and appropriate
  • Digital temperature checks of all patients immediately upon attending the clinic
  • Additional hand sanitising facilities for patients throughout the clinic
  • Your physiotherapist and front of house staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during your visit

More good news for Sano Physiotherapy came with the recent announcement that they had achieved certification for ISO9001:2015. The certification is for the back-office activities related to the provision of their Physiotherapy services and encompasses:

  • Our commitment to quality and continual improvement
  • Leadership and management
  • Customer focus at all levels
  • Customer on-boarding and service design
  • Quality Assurance
  • Administration, including customer interactions
  • Identifying problems and taking corrective action

Managing Director Matthew Taylor said:

“While we have been working to this standard for several years, it is great to finally achieve the certification formally.”

“We are very proud to achieve this during the Coronavirus crisis and thank all of our staff for their hard work and commitment to quality, which has allowed us to gain certification even in the current climate. We believe that this shows how genuine our dedication and attentiveness truly is.”
