New plans unveiled for mixed-used scheme to breathe new life into the heart of Nottingham

Fusion Students has released plans for a high-quality and sustainable mixed-use development at King Edward Court in Nottingham, comprising purpose-built student accommodation, commercial and retail spaces, and new open market and affordable homes.

Paul Miles, Development Director at Fusion Students said: “We believe our proposals will breathe new life back into this area of the city, as well as providing first class student accommodation, along with homes and jobs for local people.

“Our high-quality offer, including an in-house gym, basketball court and cinema room, will attract students to live in the City Centre, increasing footfall and activity in the area.

“We have been discussing our proposals with Nottingham City Council for a number of months and are now ready to present them to the public to receive feedback, before submitting a planning application.”

The plans are available to view at http://www.kingedwardcourt.co.uk/ or by calling a member of the project team on 0800 689 5209 and asking for a copy to be posted.

The consultation period is open until midnight on Wednesday 7th April 2021.
