About:
The house has a chilling history dating back to medieval times and is situated on the ancient 17th century Friar Lane.
At present it is a museum containing a fascinating display of authentic artefacts from the Robin Hood era.
Since the owners of the Robin Hood Legacy have moved in, they have been plagued by some malevolent ghostly activity leaving the owners at times, terrified.
The property has many rooms to explore as well as a secret cavern hideout dating back to Saxon times, so there are a number of historical layers to investigate.
The ghostly activity here at Robin Hood Legacy has been described as being a combination of malevolent and sadness, with peoples’ hair and clothes being tugged as they walk up and down the stairs. Disembodied voices, footsteps are heard and objects are moved around too. there is also an alleged male entity here who has a clear dislike for visitors.
*** Please be aware that this location has a number of stairs and in some places uneven floors and so many be unsuitable for those with mobility issues ***
